Some interesting rally weather this year...AGAIN! It always seems to rain around the time of the Stingers Rally in Que Sera.
By the way...The place's name is pronounced as "Kei Sirha" and not as "Koei Sêra", but that's just being said because I love you all and want you to learn something, ok?
The gazebo was quite a success story again, with people visiting us and chatting throughout the night.
There were one or two interesting incidents, as there always are at rallies, and one specific incident specifically reminded me that people need to be patient, peaceful and calm in the face of "adversity", or there may just be trouble.

However, I was also reminded of the fact that King David was sent to war with some Nations on a regular basis in order to defend the honour of the Lord's own chosen Nation.
That's why I, yes, friendly little old me, nearly ended up decking someone at the coffee tent on the Satruday evening/Sunday morning when he started poking my Chapter President in the chest while trying to "explain" something to him.
That one worked out ok, because I was not forced into actually taking action, except to make it quite clear to the guy that he may just lose some teeth if he kept on poking my Pres that way.
Anyway...
The Saturday was filled with the usual, as well as some more interesting, bike games. What's nice about there were the not-so obvious games like "walking the plank" and rolling people in a tube, to name but a few.
From the last photo you can also see that there was a bit of "hooliganism" going on in the road outside the parking area at Que Sera and I had the opportunity to participate in this on the Saturday afternoon, even though I didn't do too well with the slow race, because I wasn't on my son's pitbike, like last year. :-)
Must say a big thank you to the Stingers for yet another great rally. Just can't figure out the whole "burn-out" issue, because they could prbably make more money by auctioning off the bike they burn out every year, but then again...It's their party and they make the rules, I guess?
Last year I won the slow race, but it was a little unfair, seeing as I was participating with Duncan's (my Son's) pitbike.
